Terms and conditions for the use of the system Empresa Jet The ticket sales module for the air transportation service available for organizations via internet ( Empresa Jet) that ABC Aerolineas, S.A. de C.V. (Interjet) offers to its clients (The Client), requires that The client previously request to Interjet the assignation of a corporate account (The Corporate Account) and an individual password not transferrable for each agent that The Client assign (The Individual Password). The information provided by The Client in the online application will be verified and evaluated by Interjet having the resolution about accept or reject the Client online application. The Cliente declares that the information provided to Interjet is the truth and accepts that this information can be utilized in order to send information regarding the airline services. The Client should provide to Interjet, before each operation, the information from the Corporate Account that Interjet have had assigned to and the agent Individual Password, wich confidentiality an utilization will be unique and exclusive the client responsibility, who will directly assign to the authorized person or persons to utilize the Corporate Account with the use of their individual password, with this the Client accept the commitment to respond for the use of it and it is obligated to pay to Interjet the price of all the tickets acquired through the Empresa Jet system and also respond to Interjet with the damage or the misuse that this causes. The system Empresa Jet or the assignation of a corporate account in particular can be suspended or be modified, temporary o definitely, totally or partially at any moment, ant the absolute Interjet discretion. The Client cannot may assign or transfer to a third party, total or partially the rights and obligations related to the use of Empresa Jet. The acquisition of tickets ans the air transportation service will be subject to the general conditions for hiring transportation for passengers and baggage, to the fees, to the terms and conditions for the use od the Interjet website and to the law that regulates them. With no exception for the Empresa Jet system users
