At Interjet, we give the best effort to improve for our passengers everyday. Ever since we began operating, diverse organizations, institutions and enterprises have rewarded us for said labor, as well as for our contribution to the aerial industry development in our country. Here are some of the recognitions that define Interjet as one of the best mexican airlines.

  • The World’s Best Airlines 2018 Awards took place in London, England, where Interjet received the Best Low-Cost Airline in Mexico and Best Cabin Crew in Mexico recognitions.
  • TripAdvisor named Interjet as the Best Mexican Airline in 2017 based in user opinions from all around the world. Factors such as service, quality and satisfaction levels were taken in consideration.
  • In 2015 and 2016, Food and Travel Magazine readers picked Interjet as the Best National Airline, where our broad route options and our flexible luggage politics were validated.
  • IZO Enterprises, based in Madrid, Spain, rewarded Interjet with the BCX Award (Best Customer Experience) in 2016. IZO also recognized us in 9 out of 16 other categories.
  • In August 2016, Interjet was awarded as the Best Corporate Reputation Airline on behalf of MERCO México, as well as receiving first place for passenger transportation.
  • Interjet received the Touristic Excellence Award at Fitur 2016, annual event celebrated in Madrid, Spain. We were also recognized for our contribution to upgrade Mexico’s connectivity in the past 10 years.
  • In 2015, for the fifth year in a row, Interjet received the Clean Industry recognition awarded by the State of Mexico’s Environment Protection Procuracy.
  • In 2015, Marketing4eCommerceMX Magazine gave Interjet the #M4eC Award after being elected as Mexico’s E-commerce second option for our ”good traffic data, low rebound rate, content personalization and integrating strategy in social media”.
  • In 2014, Airbus rewarded Interjet with the A320 Operational Excellence Award recognizing the airline’s best performance with this type of jet airliner in America. Between 2012 and 2013 a series of reliable operational indexes were evaluated in every airline with A320 jets in their fleet, taking in consideration the number of flights and average fleet size. Interjet scored a 99.74% of reliable operational index.
  • In 2014 Interjet was given the E-Commerce Award on behalf of the Latin American Institute of Electronic Commerce for our trajectory and leadership inside the electronic commerce of the tourism industry.
  • The government of the city of Chetumal acknowledged Interjet as a Services and Social Benefit Generating Enterprise in 2014, prompting development and progress in Quintana Roo’s state south area.
  • In 2014, the Mexican Brands Council handed Interjet the Mexico Superbrands Award. The airline was named one of the best brands in the country, qualifying with the following attributes: longevity, marketship loyalty and brand acknowledgment.
  • Year after year, Convenciones Magazine awards distinguished services regarding tourism in Mexico. In 2014, Interjet was recognized as the Best Airline Company in Mexico through a wide voting amongst meeting planners and the magazine’s readers.
  • In May 2012, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) handed Interjet with the Innovation in Latin American Aerial Transportation Award for a distinguished trajectory and innovating contribution to the aerial industry in Mexico.
  • On March 26th 2012, during the Tourism Fair, Interjet received the Touristic Merit in Aerial Transportation Award for having surpassed the parameters with new route openings, which delivered new jobs and a higher connectivity in Mexico. Our sustained growth business model was also a decisive factor as a result of our passengers fulfilled expectations, both pleasure and business, regarding accessible fares, punctuality and comfort.
